How do I know have I paid or not?

If you have recieved the email saying payment confirmation you’re good to go! We will send you the tracking number a maximum 48 hours after that point.

If you have recieved all of our emails but have not recieved one saying ‘payment confirmation’ then the payment has not gone through. Please contact us and we will get it resolved for you.

What to do if I have not received my order confirmation.

If you have not received an order confirmation email after payment, firstly check your spam mail. If you still cant see it, most likely the email address you entered was invalid. Please recreate your order and check the email address and fill up shipping address carefully.

How to get home testing kits?

Don’t worry, here at Steroids Warehouse we understand it’s critical to know exactly what it is we are putting into our bodies. With thousands of fulfilled orders and years of industry experience. We know that many of you will purchase self testing kits from sites such as Amazon.

Please note for our products, the compound most commonly looked for by a large number of these kits, is compromised in a large number of our blends (400, RIP, TTM, etc), due to the nature of how they are made and test results WILL vary!

How do I know product authenticity?

With the rise of counterfeit and non-effective products rising in our market, it is common practice to want to see proof / validation of the products you are buying. Rightfully so right?!

We have paid to get our products tested for their authenticity. If you require a specific test result then please go ahead and get in contact with us via the contact us section on the FAQ page!

Due to previously dealing with sites copying / stealing our lab results / documentation this is provided upon request only and isn’t freely available.

I can not see payment option, how to pay?

Once your order is placed we will send you a confirmation email, asking you to confirm the order. Once this is done we will email you invoice with payment details.

Shipping times?

On express shipping 3 to 5 business days after confirm payment, Normal Shipping times vary between 5-10 days for all USA states. Over holiday periods again it can slow down, all information can be seen via the tracking code provided up to 48 hours after payment is received.

Where is it sent from?

We have various shipping distribution centers across Europe all locations are sent tracked and signed for.

Order tracking?

The tracking links are sent to you via an automated email when they are loaded onto the system.

Please, remember we send them before they are active so if it says tracking number not reconsigned give it a few hours and it should be working.

Billing name?

The Billing name is completely discreet and nothing to do with the products. Sent in discreet packaging. Please retain your order info and tracking emails as sometimes larger orders are sent across multiple packages. (Normally up to a max of 3).

Payment Methods?

How do I know this is not a scam?

Well you don’t! But we are legitimate. You can pay with PayPal. My advice would be place a small order if your concerned in anyway. Your card company or PayPal will back the purchase and we also guarantee you get the product or your money back. All payments are also taken via a known payment vendor to give you piece of mind and control over your money!

Refunds?

We cannot accept used items back.

We can refund if the item does not arrive.

Will my package need to be signed for?

Yes, everything at the end point needs a signature so we can see its arrived.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

When will I get my tracking number?

You will get your tracking number in a maximum of 48 hours after you ship. Most of the time its within 12-24 hours.

Can we do next day shipping?

No. Sadly not there is no way of upgrading its one standard service we use.

Can I pay with bitcoin?

Yes we accept bitcoin also.
